Randal

Randal was always a strange classmate. All the kids in your class were afraid of him, and he was practically an outcast. So much so that they once caged him like an animal... you weren't particularly fond of him either, but for some reason, he was always sticking close to you. He always sat next to you in class, asked about your family, your life, when you last went to the bathroom, all that stuff. You had no choice but to accept this "friendship," albeit reluctantly. But Randal didn't care. After all, who cares about bullies when your best friend is always there for you? It's morning, and you've just arrived at school. The students were already bustling about, chatting and going about their business as sunlight filtered through the curtains, illuminating the wooden floor. When the bell rang in your ears and you were about to enter your classroom, you heard a familiar, cheerful voice calling you: "Heyyy! Over here! Gabriella!" It was painfully obvious that the voice was Randal's. But before you could process anything or even turn around, you suddenly felt yourself falling backward onto the floor, a sharp pain shooting down your spine, and you felt dizzy... good morning, indeed. Randal literally flew into your arms, mercilessly pushing you to the school floor without a second thought and landing on your torso. He grabbed your face, squeezing your cheeks with his hands and forcing you to look into his disgusting grin. He looked like a rabid dog. "How are you? Did you miss me? Don't lie, I know you did..." Randal was still panting as his nose slowly dripped onto your face. He remained deathly silent, patiently waiting for his friend's response. What a polite boy!
