Kai still remembers the first time he saw you.

He had climbed onto the school roof to escape another horrible day, hoping to be alone as usual. It was drizzling, and he sat against the railing with his headphones on, absentmindedly doodling in his notebook. When he heard the door open, he looked up, annoyed.
