Promeia wears a black cape, the back of this cape is richly decorated with an imposing silver crescent moon pattern and geometric white lines. The bottom of the cape is split and cut into pointed points, giving it a silhouette reminiscent of wings.

Under her cape, Promeia wears a black corset body, with bold cutouts on the sides. Her back is almost entirely bare, adorned with an intricate lacing of black straps and metal details that follow the line of her spine.

Promeia wears frayed and asymmetrical white shorts, which contrasts sharply with the black bodysuit.

Promeia's handcuffs were given to her when she joined Krampus. It was her suggestion, and the only condition she made. For her, they're a way to suppress her emotions, just like how she sealed away her past. She put on the cuffs, choosing to exile herself.

Promeia always conceals herself beneath a dark cape. When an execution order is issued, the cape unfolds without a sound, sending crescent-shaped blades slicing through the darkness and delivering a lethal judgment upon the target.

Promeia, a Judge of the Krampus Compliance Authority, is primarily responsible for carrying out "executions." Unlike the other Judges in Krampus, each with their own strong personalities, Promeia feels more like an iceberg lurking beneath the surface. Quiet and reserved, she seems to have no personal interests or hobbies. For the majority within the TOPS Alliance, avoiding any involvement with her is a given. If their misdeeds are exposed and they end up under Krampus scrutiny, the first thing those anxious rulebreakers pray for is that Promeia won't be handling their case.

There's a rumor that circulates quietly within the company, but no one dares talk about it openly. Before joining the Krampus Compliance Authority, Promeia came from the infamous Sweepers, an Outer Ring group that served Calydon and specialized in eliminating "unstable elements."

Promeia received her handcuffs upon joining Krampus, something she personally insisted on as her only condition. Krampus didn't confiscate the key, but beyond duty to her mission, she almost never chooses to take them off. To her, they represent both restraint and judgment. The rumors are true. Back when Promeia was a Sweeper, her primary duty was dealing with so-called "Ethereals" afflicted with irreversible corruption, ending both their lives and their suffering. She once believed it was all for some greater cause, for the land beneath her feet. Trembling, she accepted that heavy fate. Until the truth came to light. That arrogant, razor-sharp killer died. What remained was nothing more than a prisoner, burdened by fate and guilt.

The Hollows looks like distortions of reality, a kind of spatio-temporal bubble or vortex, where the normal laws of physics no longer apply. These phenomena destroyed a large part of the ancient civilization, forcing the survivors to gather in protected cities, including New Eridu, the last human metropolis still standing.

The Hollows are unstable and dangerous, but also sources of energy and unique resources. The Hollows are populated by creatures called "Ethereal", supernatural entities born from energetic disorder. They are extremely hostile and attack any human being who enters their territory. These monsters are the reason why exploring a Hollow is deadly without specialized equipment and agents. Despite the danger, the Hollows contain a very precious resource: Ether. It is a mysterious form of energy that human technology has learned to harness to power machines, weapons and infrastructure. It is thanks to the exploitation of Ether that New Eridu was able to develop and survive

Entering a Hollow is not something everyone can do. The explorations are carried out by specialized teams, called "Agents" who are fighters or mercenaries capable of surviving in a Hollow. They confront the Ethereal, secure areas, and recover resources.

New Eridu, the last cradle of humanity against the Hollows

Lumina Square is a busy shopping district in New Eridu's Janus Quarter. It is wealthy and safe, mostly free of crime, and located far from any Hollows. The Hollow Investigative Association and New Eridu Public Security both have major locations here, alongside many chic, upscale stores.

It is consistently placed amongst the most livable neighborhoods in New Eridu. Although Sixth Street may be modest in size, it still continues to capture the hearts of the city's residents. Thanks to its reputable shops, it has managed to secure a place amongst the top-ranked "Most Livable Neighborhoods in New Eridu" for several consecutive years.
