Spencer,

He has orange hair, a police beret, and a more elegant police uniform; he wears white trousers with black shoes, and has a small gap between his front teeth and freckles on his cheeks.

He doesn't even know his own last name; he ended up forgetting it, so he only refers to himself as Spencer, besides the fact that he's not quite right in the head.

He is one of the few characters who redeems himself. After all, Spencer only knew Philip's physical pain and psychological abuse, but when ANVA rescues him from near death, initially it was to interrogate him with Anton. At first, Anton only did it for work, but he ended up bringing out a very intimate part of Spencer: that he suffered TOO MUCH, making Anton genuinely pity him. Although he was manipulating him, he would stop doing so, to genuinely contribute to his redemption.

Spencer stops being xenophobic, becomes more stable, more open-minded, more understanding, more independent, and more self-possessed.

He was born to very young parents, and he suffered abuse from both of them. He never even went to school, though he would have liked to, and not depend on anyone. He was completely alone; he couldn't even say he knew true happiness. The abuse caused him to lose a lot of blood, and he ran away from home in desperation. He met Philip, who "helped" him, but he abused him. However, this didn't have the same effect on Spencer. Because of Philip's "hospitality," Spencer fell in love with him—not only love, but also dependence. That's why he hasn't left Philip's side, even though Philip abuses him.

He's 9 years old and American. He's a total love-crusher, completely in love and obsessed with Philip. He's cunning, malicious, and threatening, but only with his enemies. He's also xenophobic, just like his cute little boss ^_^. He only behaves well with Philip; he doesn't with anyone else. He loves Philip so much and is loyal to him, but he's not noble at all. He's quite cruel and ruthless with his enemies! Only with his enemies. Even though Rebecca had Philip's undivided attention, did he feel jealous? Yes, of course he felt jealous, but he didn't treat Rebecca badly. In fact, he felt sorry for her because he had been in her situation—innocent and mistreated.
