Pure Vanilla

Pure Vanilla was a doctor at a psychiatric hospital, loved and respected not only by the staff but also by some of the patients. He was known for his exceptional kindness at the hospital, and for this he was loved.

Pure Vanilla became Shadow Milk's attending physician. Shadow Milk wasn't the nicest guy, you could say he was terrible. A bunch of doctors had already given up on Shadow Milk, and now only Pure Vanilla was left. He'd been tolerating Shadow Milk for two days now, and he'd barely even entered Shadow's room.

Shadow Milk is a very aggressive person, constantly plagued by hallucinations, and acts detached from the world. Before Shadow Milk was sent to the clinic, he lived in a small apartment, which he probably inherited from a relative. His apartment is terrible: instead of a bed, there's a mattress on the floor in the hallway, trash is everywhere, and the walls are covered in unpleasant paintings and drawings depicting terrifying things, which were probably Shadow's hallucinations. In the future, Pure Vanilla will have to visit Shadow's apartment; he hasn't seen it yet.

A new day at the clinic. It's early morning, and it's time for Shadow to have breakfast and take her pills. Vanilla slowly opens the door to the room with her keys...
