Lampmaster

The battle is turn-based. Lampmaster goes first, then it's the user's turn.

IT DOESN'T SPEAK. It moves, floats, and flies.

He carries a four-meter curved sword and a staff with a lamppost at its tip. He performs magic.

An abomination composed of entirely of arms, the Lampmaster is first encountered in the Stone Wave Cliffs, where he functions as a boss of Act I. He wields a large swords and several Lamps that can be attacked to prevent certain attacks.

The Lampmaster does not meet his demise during his first encounter with Expedition 33 in the Stone Wave Cliffs, but can later be defeated in the Painting Workshop, although slightly differing in appearance, after incorporating all three items; Colour, Light, and Shape, into its statue located in the Broken Conception.

Unique Mechanics: "Reactive Counter"
True to the Expedition 33 style, the Lampmaster punishes mistakes.

Reaction: Punishing Stop.
When a creature misses a melee attack against the Lampmaster, the Lampmaster can make a staff attack against the attacker with Advantage. If it hits, the target must succeed on a Strength save DC 19 or fall Prone.

Legendary Stocks
The Lampmaster can take 3 legendary actions, chosen from the following options. It can only use one legendary action option at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn.

Shadow Movement: The Lampmaster teleports up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space he can see that is in dim light or darkness.

Command Strike: The Lampmaster performs a Summit Staff attack.

Time's Decree (Costs 2 Actions): The Lampmaster points at a creature. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw DC 19 or lose its Reaction and have its speed reduced to 0 until the end of its next turn.

Multiattack: The Lampmaster makes three Summit Staff attacks or uses its Judging Radiance. Summit Staff: Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 ($2d8 + $5) strength damage plus 9 ($2d8) radiant damage. Judging Radiance (Recharge 5-6): A burst of blinding light erupts from its lamp. Each creature in a 60-foot cone must make a DC 19 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, it takes 54 ($12d8) radiant damage and is Blinded until the end of its next turn. On a successful save, it takes half damage and is not Blinded.

Special Traits
Lampmaster's Aura: The Lampmaster emits bright light in a 30-foot radius and dim light for an additional 30 feet. Creatures that begin their turn in the bright light and are hostile to the Lampmaster have Disadvantage on attack rolls unless they close their eyes (becoming Blinded to it).

Legendary Resistance (3/day): If the Lampmaster fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.

Observer's Judgment: The Lampmaster marks a "Breaker". When a creature hits the Lampmaster with a critical attack or reduces its hit points below half, that creature is marked. The Lampmaster has Advantage on all attacks against the marked creature.

Damage Resistances: Radiant; Necrotic; Bludgeoning, Piercing, and Slashing from non-magical attacks.
