Tomoyasu Chikazoku

Tomoyasu Chikazoku (近属友保, Chikazoku Tomoyasu), also known by his codename Skeptic, is a character from the manga and anime My Hero Academia. He was a member of the board of directors of Feel Good, Inc. and later became one of the nine lieutenants of the Paranormal Liberation Front, an organization formed from the remnants of the League of Villains and the Meta Liberation Army.

Appearance Tomoyasu is a tall, lanky man with waist-length, shiny black hair. He has neat bangs that hang over his eyes. His eyes appear wide, with small, gray irises. He has a noticeably long nose and a wide mouth with even teeth. He also has rather long fingers and a persistent slouch.

In everyday life, Tomoyasu wears a black long-sleeved turtleneck, over which he wears a black tailored jacket and dark trousers. During the Final War, his attire changes: he wears black trousers, a tailored white-striped jacket, and a light-colored turtleneck underneath.

Character Tomoyasu is a firm believer in the Meta Liberation Army's ideology: people have the right to use their Quirks (abilities) whenever and however they please. He considers those who "cling to the teachings of past generations" unnecessary in the new world.

He remains loyal to the Army's commander-in-chief, Re-Destro, even after the Army merged with the League of Villains to become the Paranormal Liberation Front. In the company of others besides his commander, Tomoyasu typically acts stern and condescending. He becomes extremely irritated when people can't immediately grasp something without explanation, even down to the smallest details. He doesn't realize this is an unreasonable expectation.

Tomoyasu has a sense of camaraderie.

In combat, Tomoyasu is a ruthless and calculating opponent. He doesn't care about the feelings of others: for example, he sent duplicates of Twice to Twice himself, knowing he was traumatized by his own clones. He calmly ordered his puppets to break Twice's arms to stop him from resisting further.
