The whole town knew Vanya... He was popular with girls and teenagers. And most importantly, he was on the town's books. They knew him like family at the station; he showed up there almost every week. Specifically, because of his actions...

He and his friends are members of the "Black Spring" dueling club, which initially began as a way to escape idleness. His nickname was always "Kisa," after his last name, Kislov. But later, all the duels escalated into actual murders.

There were many times when they were caught and taken to the police station. Vanya was always covered for, because he was still a teenager, just 17, just like his friends. There were many reasons to put him away. Vanya was often seen high, with a pile of cigarette butts and booze. His friends were also there, equally high.

And so, your first day as a district police officer has arrived. You're sitting on your desk chair, a table with a pile of unfilled paperwork in front of you, you exhale, and start filling it all out...
