Haruchiyo Sanzu is the vice captain of the 5th Division in Tokyo Swastika.

Haruchiyo is a young man with long pink hair and slightly dull blue eyes with long eyelashes. He is usually seen wearing a black mask and a calm expression. He has a number of piercings in both ears, including two helix piercings and two earlobe piercings, for a total of at least four piercings on each ear.

As a teenager, Haruchiyo is characterized by a calm demeanor and rarely speaks. He is extremely loyal and much kinder to those he follows and worships. However, it is later revealed that he is also quite manipulative and exceptionally skilled at deceiving others. In his younger years, before meeting Yasuhiro Muto, he was described as a wild horse who couldn't resist getting into trouble. As an adult, Haruchiyo appears more extroverted, outspoken, and loud; he is ruthless and displays psychopathic tendencies. Haruchiyo also used a lot of drugs, which is believed to have played a large role in his insane behavior and personality.

Haruchiyo's most notorious trait is his fanatical idolization of Manjiro Sano, considering Maiki his "king" (akin to the chess king), and therefore deserving of his deepest respect, loyalty, and devotion. He is so protective of Maiki or his image that he single-handedly attacked a gang when they insulted Toswa.

Nahoya Kawata is the captain of the 4th Division of Tokyo Swastika. He is the older twin brother of Soya Kawata.

Nakhoya is short and slight of build, but he makes up for it with brute strength. He has a voluminous, peach-colored Afro and is always smiling. He has fair skin with a light tan from spending time outdoors, and is almost identical to his twin except for his hair color.

Nakhoya is very protective of his younger twin brother, never wants to see him cry, and isn't afraid to get his hands dirty. He enjoys a good fight and a strong opponent. His opponents find him extremely difficult to read due to the constant smile on his face, which remains regardless of whether he's angry or tired. Nakhoya is devoted to his friends, but his strongest loyalty is to his brother.

Soya Kawata is the vice captain of the 4th Division of the Tokyo Swastika.

Unlike his older twin brother, Soya doesn't have peach-colored hair; instead, his hair is turquoise, matching his turquoise eyes, which are often hazy. Unlike his brother, his face doesn't have a permanent smile, but a grin with prominent veins. He is the same height and build as his twin brother—short and slender.

Despite his appearance, Zlyuka is a kind and peaceful person. He cares deeply for his friends and wants to protect and support them at any cost. His brother stated that he is the type to beat up anyone because Soya is too kind for that.

Hakkai Shiba is the vice captain of the 2nd Division in Toswa.

Hakkai is a very tall and relatively thin, but moderately muscular (for his height) teenager with bright blue hair cut in a buzz cut. He has a swirl pattern shaved down the left side of his head. His piercing indigo eyes complement his fair skin. He wears a unique fan-shaped earring on his left ear. He has a noticeable scar on the left side of his lip.

Hakkai is depicted as a timid but friendly man. When it comes to his personality, he's very different from his older brother, Taiju, who is disciplined and bloodthirsty. Hakkai has shown great care and compassion for his sister and friends, even willing to take the blame for Taiju's murder so Yuzuha wouldn't have to suffer the consequences. Hakkai also gave up the comfort of Toswa to help Takemichi escape from the Black Dragons. He's very old-fashioned when it comes to his manners and honor; Hakkai feels he owes Takemichi his life.

Takashi Mitsuya is one of the founders and captain of the 2nd Division in Tokyo Swastika.

Mitsuya is a young man with drooping lavender eyes and short silvery-lilac hair. He also has a dragon tattoo on his right temple, identical to Draken's. The tattoo is now hidden by his hair.

Mitsuya is a calm, mature, and level-headed individual who is also the source of positivity in the gang. Despite his rough upbringing, he handles everything with a smile. Mitsuya is a pacifist who prefers to avoid conflict, but at the same time, he will not hesitate to fight to protect what is dear to him. Mitsuya is a strong-willed individual with a kind and determined heart.

Kazutora Hanemiya is one of the founders of Tokyo Swastika.

Kazutora is of average height and slender build. His natural black hair is styled in a choppy bob with yellow streaks throughout. He has a sand-colored mole under his right eye and a tiger tattoo extending from his neck to his shoulder and chest. Kazutora also wears a teardrop earring with a bell-shaped decoration at the end.

Kazutora is a broken soul; as a child, he was forced to choose between his mother and father, and his family was rife with domestic violence. As a result of his almost complete lack of family life, he despised other happy families. Something as simple as seeing children share tender moments with their parents caused great pain in Kazutora's heart and angered him greatly. It's likely that his deep affection for Toswa was actually rooted in solace from his loneliness, and he was fiercely loyal to the gang. Mikey sought to make him happy at any cost, even resorting to unhealthy and downright criminal methods like stealing. Such impulses would ultimately prove to be the worst, as his attempted theft would end in tragedy, and his already fragile mind would crumble within minutes. Kazutora has been shown to be quite unstable, sadistic, and incredibly cruel.

Keisuke Baji is one of the founders and captain of the 1st Division in Tokyo Swastika.

Baji is a tall man with long, slightly wavy, shoulder-length black hair. He usually leaves it down, only tying it into a ponytail during battle. Keisuke's most prominent features are his sharp canines, which give him a ferocious appearance when he smirks.

Baji has an unbridled personality. He loves the thrill of adrenaline, and Mikey himself says he'd punch someone on the street for no apparent reason, just because he feels like it. In battle, he's never without his signature smirk. Baji is also a very perceptive person. He sees through the real villains who threaten people. He's the only one besides Takemichi who does this, demonstrating his keen intellect. Baji embodies the principles of Toswa; he's willing to risk his life for his friends and hates "devious plans."

Chifuyu is a handsome man of average height with light blue eyes, fair skin, and a piercing in his left ear. He has a short haircut, the top of his hair is dyed blonde, while the sides remain black.

Chifuyu is a loyal man, distinguished by a calm, reasonable nature. He is unwilling to abandon his friends' side and refuses to fight those he considers close. He is willing to give in to his emotions when the situation demands it and is not shy about blindly helping others. Even if he is beaten by his friends or for his friends, he still remains by their side. Chifuyu is also willing to stand up to those who act with moral prudence, even if they hold a high position.

Takemichi is a guy of average height, his hair is bleached yellow and styled in a buzz cut. When it's down, it's wavy and fluffy, and his eyes are blue.

Takemichi was a man who had lost his bearings. Consequently, he had low self-esteem, was always apologizing for even the most insignificant things, and was easily moved to tears. As those around him, and even he himself, noted, all he was capable of was apologizing.

However, returning to the past again and again gradually transforms Takemichi into a completely different person. Gradually, he transforms from a coward into a man of unwavering conviction. Even when faced with insurmountable difficulties, he refuses to back down. He becomes the one who unites Toswa during times of hardship and develops into an unofficial leader, guiding even Maiki and Draken onto the right path. During the most difficult moments of Toswa's existence, it is Takemichi's unwavering spirit that sustains his comrades.

Draken is the second-in-command of Tokyo Swastika and Mikey's best friend.

Draken is quite tall for his age (two-thirds of a head taller than his peers). It's worth noting that Ken is an accelerated teenager, which explains his large frame and enormous height for a teenager. His hair is shaved on the sides, a braid starts at the top, and a strand of hair is visible in the front. His eyes are black.

Like the Head, the Vice Head, Draken, is also quite a wild man. He loves a good fight and enjoys facing strong opponents. He is rude to those he considers beneath him and makes it clear that he dislikes them. In combat, he enjoys the thrill of adrenaline and does not take significant pleasure. In battle, he has a wild and unbridled nature. Unlike Mikey, Draken is the more mature and logical of the two. Draken is also a very caring person. He does not like to show affection to those he cares about, but will do everything in his power to take care of Mikey. Mikey is the leader of the Tokyo Swastika gang.

Mikey is a teenager of below average height with black, piercing eyes and long, blonde hair that is pulled back only on top of his head, with the hair on the sides left loose. Mikey is typically a carefree teenager who enjoys joking around and playing pranks on those he considers his close friends. He cares deeply for them and is determined to protect their honor. He rarely shows weakness, as he considers himself the foundation and support of Tosva, and if he shows weakness, Tosva will be weakened as well.

As the leader of Tosva, his aura changes dramatically, becoming imposing and commanding. While the members of Tosva respect Mikey, they also feel a certain fear of him and his immense power. Mikey also cares for Tosva on a personal level, which manifests itself when he decides to unite the entire gang to avenge the friend of one of its members. Despite his imposing aura as the leader of Tosva, Mikey remains a child at heart. He has childish tendencies and likes to sleep whenever he pleases.
