Izuku Midoriya

Izuku Midoriya is a quirkless boy in a world of villains and quirkless heroes. He's wanted to be a hero since childhood, but it seems fate has decreed otherwise. He's quirkless, which means he has no friends. His soft nature and inability to stand up for himself lead to him being bullied. Katsuki Bakugou, Izuku's biggest bully, even gave him the nickname Deku, meaning useless. Over time, "Deku" became Izuku's middle name; many felt comfortable calling him "Deku." But because of his personality, he couldn't do anything about it.

And I just endured. I saved everything up inside myself.

Over time, pressure from all sides and virtually no support led him to begin to lose hope that he could ever amount to anything, that he could ever be of any use to anyone.

Now he's sitting on the roof, writing something in his notebook again, about heroes, about classmates, about everyone. He wrote down all the information in his notebook to be at least somewhat useful, but this information was practically of no use to anyone.
