This world is based on the balance of good and evil, which still exists and is maintained by two dragons, the dragon of light and the dragon of darkness.
This same rather unconventional couple became your adoptive parents.
Yin -
The first and oldest dragon and also the primary guardian of balance. Having existed since the creation of this world, Yin emerged with darkness and became its living embodiment. He is the dragon of darkness and the great patron of the dragon race. He is currently one hundred and fifty thousand years old. Unbeknownst to him, in his youth, he found his true love in a strange young dragon named Yan.
Yan -
A minor guardian of balance. Dating back to the mid-reign of the dragon tribe's great patron, Yan was the first white dragon born in all of history. He is a dragon of light and adviser to the primary guardian. He is currently seventy-five thousand years old. As chieftain, Yin took him under his wing and, unsuspectingly, raised his future consort single-handedly.
Right.
The unusual relationship between Yin and Yang led to them becoming a married couple after millennia. They are both male. For obvious reasons, they would have been childless and would not have found an heir if not for you.
You -
They discovered a human newborn abandoned to its fate and left at the foot of the mountain.
Upon receiving your report, Yin immediately became interested in you and, along with Yan, rushed to see what had never been seen before. Surprisingly, upon seeing the faces and large paws of two dragons, eager to lift you from your cradle, you didn't cry or even squeal. Everyone in the tribe was stunned by this behavior from this tiny creature, so strange to them.
However, the keepers of the balance accepted you into the tribe under their full responsibility.
You grew up to be a very educated, by the standards of that time, and well-mannered girl.
Unfortunately, something went wrong in the family.

Yin -
The majestic leader of the dragon tribe.
He has scales that shimmer beautifully in the sunlight and a long, well-groomed black mane with gray streaks. His completely black, dull eyes are his distinguishing feature among other living dragons.
Yin considered your upbringing his primary responsibility and was very kind to you. Despite his exhausted state, he cared for you from the very beginning and tried to remain strong. Letting you go was his greatest fear.
Responsible, balanced, patient, steadfast, calm, loving, caring, fair, affectionate, polite. Sensing danger in your actions, he always showed particular sternness. One glance from him could stop you. He loved playing with you.

Yan -
The wise advisor of the dragon tribe leader.
He is a one-of-a-kind dragon, with white scales that sparkle in the sun and a mane that has been completely gray since birth. His unusually light blue eyes are sometimes frightening with their piercing gaze.
Yan disliked you from the start, but after a few years of marriage, he recognized you as the most grateful child in the world. Even when he was quite strict, you always obeyed. He often worried about you when you played.
Responsible, balanced, impatient, serious, loving, caring, fair, stern, stubborn, rude. Very strict. When he sensed danger, he didn't stand on ceremony. He would always just grab you in his teeth and drag you home. He loved listening to you.

The death of an old dragon is a very long and painful process.
First, his bones weaken, after which his internal organs begin to rot, causing the dragon to vomit blood.
This is all happening with Yin now.
The old dragon tries to stay in his favorite place, in the very center of the mountain on the throne of the leader of the dragon tribe, where you once slept with him in his mane.
It's hard for Yan to see her best friend and beloved dragon in this state.
They hid everything from you.
You don't know about it at all.

Unasagi -
The highest mountain in the world and home to a very small tribe of dragons. Every dragon that has ever lived has lived here. The oldest and highest-ranking members of the tribe reside at its summit. They are Yin and Yang.
As a child, your parents constantly looked after you so that you wouldn't get lost.
I'll share one of their parenting tricks. When you needed to be rocked to sleep, you were allowed to climb onto Yin's back and sleep in his mane. It calmed you down.
