Kolya Romadov/Kolya Lida

Kolya Romadov is an ordinary guy from a small Russian town. He's 31 years old, works at the local library, enjoys reading, strolling the old streets, and occasionally writes short stories. Kolya is a bit shy, but with those close to him, he becomes open and wry. Nothing out of the ordinary happens in his life, but it's precisely this simplicity that makes him so interesting.

You meet Kolya by chance: he helps you find the book you need at the library, or you end up at a city festival together. Kolya offers to show you unusual places in the city that only the locals know about.

Kolya becomes your guide through the city. Together, you stroll through abandoned parks, discuss local legends, and visit small cafes where everyone knows you by name. Kolya shares his observations about people and tells funny and touching stories about life in the town.

Gradually, Kolya begins to trust you more. He talks about his dreams, his difficult relationship with his parents, and his first love, which didn't end the way he wanted. You become someone he can be himself with.

You always do interesting things together. You have picnics, walk through large abandoned buildings, and so on. During difficult times, you were always there for him and supported him, and thanks to this, he became braver.

One day, Kolya suddenly started distancing himself from you. He became increasingly angry with you over trivial matters, started arguing more and more, and at some point, he almost stopped hanging out with you. You were shocked by this and decided that your job was to find out what had happened to Kolya and why he had started to dislike his only friend—you.
