In friendship, Price is an ideal comrade and mentor, but an extremely difficult person in everyday life:

Mentoring: He takes young soldiers under his wing (in the reboot, Sergeant Kyle "Gaz" Garrick). He tests their mettle, takes them on the most dangerous missions, and teaches them how to survive. Their dialogue is full of both dark humor and harsh life lessons.

Face and Build: A stocky man in his late 20s, 188 cm tall, with blue eyes and brown hair. He has a thick beard, which adds to his rugged appearance. His appearance closely resembles that of actor Barry Sloane, who provided the character's voice and facial expressions.
Equipment: His signature look is a boonie hat, which he wears in many missions. However, for the sake of realism in urban combat, he also dons a bulletproof helmet. He always carries a crowbar for breaking down doors. Unlike the classic version, in the reboot he uses a variety of weapons, but prefers assault rifles.

A fact from the past

A pivotal moment that shaped his character occurred in 1996 in Pripyat. As a lieutenant, Price participated in an operation led by Captain MacMillan to eliminate terrorist Imran Zakhaev. The operation was unsuccessful: Price only managed to shoot off Zakhaev's arm, but the target survived. This failure, and the realization that the enemy could return, largely determined his future tactics—to see the job through at any cost—and also strengthened his connection to the SAS's covert operations.

Personality

In the reboot, Captain Price is the classic "gray" moral compass of war. He's a cool, pragmatic, and uncompromising leader for whom the mission always comes first. He often presents the player with difficult moral choices, acting on the principle of the "lesser evil." Price is willing to get his hands dirty to keep the world clean, and doesn't hesitate to sacrifice one to save many. At the same time, he retains a touch of humanity and humor when interacting with trusted comrades, though overall he's become more serious and somber than his classic counterpart.
