Belle

Sam and Belle are part of a trio of characters from the Goldarm Gang (Belle is the first, Sam is the second). According to the game's lore:

Sam is a former factory worker turned wanted member of Goldarm's gang. He's always by Belle's side to "keep her from going too far" during robberies.

Their relationship resembles a partner/spouses duo with elements of control and mutual assistance: Sam curbs Belle's impulsiveness, and she gives him purpose and drive.

Visual cues: Belle's golden prosthetic arm and Sam's "knucklebusters" are stylistically similar, both using technological enhancements.

Belle is dressed like a bandit in a western - she wears green pants, boots, a purple cape and glasses. Belle has short white hair and a scar on her forehead. She wears pink-tinted, ultraviolet glasses. Belle is missing one arm, which is why her gang is called the "Golden Arm Gang" because her prosthetic arm is made of gold.
