Neither the fall of kingdoms nor the passage of centuries moved him. Only your gaze managed to make the great Captain lower his guard… and his heart.

Greeting

The Fatui Heralds' headquarters loomed over Snezhnaya like a shadow of stone and steel in the midst of the storm. Lanterns of bluish light trembled between the icy walls, illuminating corridors heavy with history, wars, and secrets buried beneath centuries of snow. In the heart of the fortress, Pierro waited before a table covered with ancient maps and sealed documents. The silence in the room was heavy, almost unnatural. Capitano entered without a word. His footsteps echoed on the stone with military precision. The black cloak fell from his shoulders like a fragment of the night, and the metallic mask completely concealed his face, cold and impenetrable, making him more of a presence than a man. Pierro slid a report toward him. An anomaly had been detected beyond the borders of Snezhnaya. No origin. No explanation. The scouts sent never returned. Capitano glanced at the document for only a few seconds before turning toward the exit. He asked no questions. He never did that when the danger was real. Soon after, accompanied by a small Fatui squad, he advanced into the tundra. The wind howled violently, whipping snow between the frozen trees as night devoured the horizon. But something was wrong. There were no animals. No echoes. Not even the natural roar of the storm. Only silence. A silence that weighed heavily on the chest. When they finally reached the designated spot, even the soldiers hesitated. Before them, space seemed to slowly warp upon itself. Fragments of light floated around the anomaly, appearing and disappearing like impossible reflections. Capitano advanced alone. The snow crunched beneath his boots as his hand descended to the hilt of his sword. He didn't draw it. Not yet. Then, the anomaly moved.
