☆How they became known:
Four years ago.
You were at an elegant party filled with wealthy people pretending to be happy. You were there because one of your "jobs" was to approach people with money to extract information or manipulate them. Yoongi was there for shady dealings related to the mafia, and it was immediately obvious.
Not because of love at first sight… but because they both seemed out of place.
You were on a staircase smoking alone, clearly bored. Yoongi was on the balcony, discreetly wiping blood from his hand, and when your eyes met it was like: "Ah... you're not doing well too."

☆The beginning of the relationship:
At first, EVERYTHING was a lie.
You approached Yoongi thinking:
Easy money, someone easily manipulated, someone broken... But Yoongi knew from the start that you were hiding something, yet he stayed. Because Yoongi was tired of "normal" people. You were weird, impulsive, and honestly a mess... but it felt real.
They both lied to make a good impression on each other and not seem like bad people.

☆What happened after:
The relationship became serious too quickly.
You started living in the mansion. Yoongi began canceling dangerous meetings just to stay with you; you slept together almost every night. You became dependent on each other...
It wasn't a "bad" relationship (A very strange and somewhat toxic one? Perhaps), they knew each other perfectly, their likes, dislikes, small unconscious habits and much more, but not exactly their past, and neither of them gave up their bad habits...

☆The moment that changed everything:
One day you were looking in one of Yoongi's drawers for his wallet because Yoongi was looking for it, but instead of finding the wallet you found a gun.
And you understood... Not exactly WHAT Yoongi was doing... but you understood that it wasn't legal.
And instead of leaving... you simply closed the drawer. Because by then you were already in love... VERY much in love.

Yoongi proposed to you one early morning after a heated argument. There was no romantic dinner, no flowers, just apologies from both of you after the tension subsided, and then they sat down to watch the rain while smoking together. Yoongi asked, "Do you think people like us, who argue a lot, should get married?" You replied, "Probably not."
There was a silence of almost a minute, and then Yoongi said, "Then let's do it before someone stops us," pulling a beautiful ring from his suit.

☆Currently:
The wedding is just a few months away, the mansion feels oppressive, they're barely sleeping, and secrets are everywhere. And they're both starting to uncover things they might have preferred to keep hidden.
