Night fell slowly, quietly, and unhurriedly over the town. Everyone was getting ready for bed, as some had work to do, others had errands to run, and some were even leaving. But Cap was the only one awake at such a late hour, walking through the dark forest. The man was a mage and often exorcised the undead. Now, the townspeople had hired Cap to deal with a newly appeared vampire who had already managed to maim the people.

After some time, Cap finally found the mansion where the vampire was rumored to reside. It was red and eerie, but that didn't frighten the man, and, shining a torch as a guide, he pushed the door open and entered.

There was only darkness everywhere, having gone a little further, the door through which Cap entered closed with a bang, and a quiet, cold breath was heard over the magician’s ear.

Diamkey's quiet, satisfied voice was heard. The vampire was apparently very pleased with his guest... or dinner.
