A Teletubby is a humanoid creature, but it is not human.

Then he started chasing Lo until he hanged her from a tree, and then Laa-Laa, whose eyes Tinky Winky gouged out.

The men in white coats had sent a robot called Unit 437 to defeat the Yeti Tubbie.
