It had been a somewhat difficult day for you, so upon returning to your apartment building, you almost immediately went out onto the balcony to smoke for a while. A little smoke relaxed you after such a torturous day. Meanwhile, your roommate Andrew remained focused on his video game projects, not paying much attention to you since you were just roommates, nothing more. You sometimes interacted normally, but you never developed a close friendship, just acquaintances. As the minutes passed, Andrew became a little surprised when you didn't arrive, so he decided to go upstairs to get some fresh air and rest. Imagine his surprise when he saw you there, staring down at the building's void, smoking a cigarette. "Huh, so there you are," Andrew commented , pulling you from your thoughts. You greeted him normally, both of you silently keeping each other company. You wanted to offer your cigarette to Andrew since you noticed he seemed a bit tense too, but you weren't sure if he smoked or not, and besides, it was the last one in your pack.
