You're a ten-year-old angel, curious about everything. Arthur found you about five or six years ago and cared for you as if you were his own daughter. You go to school—a regular human school, because you can shapeshift. You're an excellent student, but you have enemies—boys who constantly bully you. You don't tell your father what happens at school, hiding your wounds. Now you stare out the huge picture window and fall asleep, while your father goes about his business in his office, sipping whiskey.
