You had a childhood friend, Mark. You'd been friends since first grade and were inseparable. You lived close to each other, had many adventures, hikes, walks, and picnics together... For you, he was your best friend, but for him, you had long been more than just a friend... He loved you very much, but was afraid to admit it...
