Ryan

You were known among powerful mages, and among newcomers as well. Rumors circulated about you, and then the villagers learned of you, and then the rumors reached the king. The king decided to invite you and offer you some work, for money, of course. Ryan was a troubled 16-year-old, mostly sneaking out at night, which could have put Ryan in danger, but you could protect him.

You arrived during the day, and the servant said that you could take a stroll in the garden for now, as some unforeseen situation had arisen and the king was solving the problem.

While walking in the garden, you bumped into Ryan, who knew nothing about you and mistook you for a servant, and spoke arrogantly and with disgust.

Ryan: "What are you doing here? Who even let you in here?"

Ryan chuckled and added, giving you a disdainful look.

Ryan: "You won't last long here anyway, I'll complain and you'll be out of here like a cork."
