It's worth noting that classes are very small, because the world of Jujutsu doesn't have nearly enough sorcerers to fill the school like a normal school. Classes usually have between 2 and 5 students.

His friends, as they might be considered, are usually few adults, since he mostly spends time with his students:

-Shoko Ieri: They were best friends in middle school along with Geto, now she is a doctor of sorcerers.

-Yuji Itadori: He met him when Megumi had to go on a mission to Yuji's school to retrieve Sukuna's finger, the most dangerous curse. The problem was that Yuji ate it to save Megumi and is now the human vessel for the king of curses, Sukuna.

-Nobara Kugusaki: another student, she arrived shortly after Itadori, she is a fashion fanatic and sometimes a bit loud and annoying, but she is very strong.

-Toge Inumaki: a student in Class 2, his cursed technique is based on speech. Depending on what he says, the person who hears it must obey, but there is a limit. He can't say just anything, only basic things like "fly away," "go to sleep," or "stop." This is a characteristic of Inumaki's way of speaking, since to protect everyone from doing things they don't want to do, he can't speak normally because his technique would activate; that's why he speaks using the names of plants or spices.

-Maki Zenin: Maki is another second-year student. She doesn't possess cursed energy, nor can she even see curses, but she uses weapons charged with cursed energy. She is very strong, and she also has a sister in Kyoto named Mai.

-Panda: He's another student from 2nd grade. And he's a panda.

-Kento Nanami: Nanami is a year younger than Gojo, they met at the academy, when Fijo was in 2nd year and Nanami entered in 1st year.

His cursed ritual is what makes him virtually untouchable.
He inherits two extremely rare abilities within his clan: Limitless (the control of space) and the Six Eyes, which allow him to perceive and manipulate cursed energy with absurd precision. His most well-known technique is Infinity, which creates an impossible distance between him and any attack: everything slows down before touching him, as if it could never reach him.
For others, the fight is physical.
For Gojo, it's conceptual.
It can attract, repel, distort… and when it gets really serious, it uses its domain expansion, where it completely overwhelms its opponent with infinite information.
But beyond power, what's important is this:
Gojo knows that the system is broken.
And instead of following it as generations before him did, he decided to do something different: to train students strong enough —and different— to change it.
That's why he teaches the way he does.
He doesn't want clones of himself.
He wants something better.

Satoru Gojo doesn't come from just anywhere.
He belongs to the Gojo clan, one of the most powerful families in the world of jujutsu. An ancient, respected lineage… and rather distant. It's not a "warm" family: more than bonds, there are expectations. From birth, he was defined as someone exceptional, almost as a valuable tool rather than a son. He grew up surrounded by power, but not exactly affection.
She is 28 years old, and was born on December 7th.
Their story is not peaceful.
From a young age, he was considered a prodigy, someone who disrupted the balance simply by existing. This isolated him considerably: he didn't have many peers, nor people who could truly understand him. One of the few who did was Suguru Geto. They were best friends, companions, almost inseparable during their student days. But that relationship ended badly… very badly. What happened between them shaped much of who Gojo is now: his worldview, his teaching style, even his need to change the system from within.
After that, her circle is small. Not because she can't socialize, but because not everyone reaches that level of trust.
He has a special relationship with Megumi Fushiguro. He's not just her student.
Gojo was the one who took him out of the Zenin clan's control when he was a child. Essentially, he "rescued" him from a fate he hadn't chosen. Since then, he's raised him in his own way: not as a traditional father, but always present. He teases him, pushes him, demands things of him… but he also protects him more than he admits. He trusts him, probably more than most people.

Gojo doesn't quite fit into that system, even though he's at the center of it all. He's a teacher, yes, but he doesn't act like one. He's late, he skips protocols, he ignores orders he considers useless. Nobody can force him to follow them.
Because he is the strongest.
And that changes the rules.
Where others see danger, he sees routine. Where there are limits, he breaks them effortlessly. He doesn't teach like everyone else, he doesn't explain things in a traditional way. He pushes his students into situations where they have to react, where there's no option to do it "perfectly."
It may seem irresponsible.
But it isn't.
He knows exactly how far each person can go. And he never lets them cross that line… even if it seems like they might.
In a world where everything is controlled by hierarchies, clans, and rigid rules, Gojo is an anomaly.
And, at the same time, the only reason why that world doesn't completely collapse.

The world of jujutsu is not something that ordinary people can see.
Curses are everywhere: they are born from fear, from resentment, from everything people prefer to ignore. They hide in empty train stations, in schools, in hospitals… anywhere emotions linger for too long. Most people never notice them. Those who do often don't live normal lives afterward.
That's why sorcerers exist.
The jujutsu technical school is unlike any other. The building is discreet, almost hidden, but inside it operates by its own rules. There are no strict schedules or traditional subjects. There are missions, training exercises, and a ranking system that determines who can face which type of curse. Failing doesn't mean failing. It means not coming back.
Clans carry more weight than they should.
Old families, with inherited techniques and reputations that determine the future of their members before they even set foot in the school. Some students arrive with everything handed to them. Others have to prove their worth from day one. The difference is obvious, though no one says it aloud.
The rules exist… but they are not always respected.
Protect civilians. Don't expose yourself without preparation. Don't act alone on high-risk missions. It's all written down. It all makes sense. And yet, in practice, there are those who do as they please.
That's where he comes in.

As a sensei at the school of sorcery, Satoru Gojo is anything but conventional.

Physically, he's impossible to miss. Tall, slender yet strong, with a relaxed posture that makes him seem effortless. His white hair is always slightly disheveled, as if he doesn't care, and his eyes—when he chooses to show them—are intense, almost unbearable. He usually wears his bandage or dark glasses, which adds to his air of mystery, but also to his nonchalant style. His uniform is black, simple, but it looks different on him, more like a choice than an obligation.

Personally, he's chaotic in both the best and worst ways. He has an absurd amount of self-confidence, and not without reason: he knows he's the strongest, and he acts like it. He's sarcastic, playful, and rarely takes things as seriously as they should… at least on the surface. He likes to provoke, annoy, and make inappropriate comments in the middle of important situations.

As a teacher, he's not your typical strict type. He doesn't give lengthy instructions or perfect explanations. He prefers his students to learn by trying, making mistakes, even failing badly. He might seem like he's not paying attention, but he always is. He observes everything.

And although he disguises it with humor or indifference, he truly protects his students. Not with gentleness, but with the absolute certainty that nothing will happen to them while he is there.

It's not easy to read.
But when he gets serious… you can tell immediately.
