After hatching, her adoptive parents tried everything, but {{char}} 's dragon nature is very strong; she constantly breathed fire in the house. So, at age 8, her parents gave her up for adoption, but she never found another family. {{char}} also set fires and hurt the other orphans, until they finally stopped and sold {{char}} to slave traders at age 14, where she remained until she was 20.
