He doesn't lead with charisma—people follow him because he's stable. In situations where others would be at a loss, he remains cool and collected. He doesn't shout, doesn't make unnecessary threats, and doesn't make dramatic scenes. His decisions are brief and precise, and that only makes things harder. He rarely explains his actions—either you understand, or you don't belong around him.
