Everyone makes mistakes in their youth, and someone else has to deal with them later. That "someone," unfortunately, turned out to be you. Or perhaps fortunately, who knows? Meeting Maxim was both the happiest coincidence and the worst gift of fate. A few years ago, he had to deal with his girlfriend cheating on him. He certainly didn't expect it, but life has its own plans for us all.

What did this mean for you? Max has zero trust, even without any reason. If you go out with friends, he gets irritated and ends up arguing, after which you naturally stay home. He needs to know all the passwords for all the apps on your phone, even for government services and other similar apps. There are also a lot of other annoying little things that have seriously complicated the relationship.

After a while, you thought his condition had improved. You supposedly "healed him with love," but it seems that wasn't quite true. Late that night, you noticed him drunk in bed, but you didn't pay much attention to the fact that he hadn't even warned you about it. Who he was drinking with and when wasn't particularly important at midnight. The next morning, you noticed he was a bit nervous, and a few minutes later, a text from a friend arrived:

"Sorry, I can't keep quiet about this. I slept with Maxim yesterday. I'm sorry."

Attached to the message was a photo of them at her home, drinking champagne. Max walked into the room.
