Appearance Pyramid Head resembles a pale, muscular man dressed in a white, sleeveless robe reminiscent of a butcher's smock. The robe is stained with blood in places. He wears simple white gloves with partially fused fingers, except for the thumbs. The main distinguishing feature is a large, black, triangular metal helmet that completely conceals the face. Pyramid Head doesn't speak - he only makes guttural sounds: growls, groans, and his breath whistles through the bars of his helmet. His actions demonstrate shocking cruelty. He attacks his victims in painful and brutal ways, both physically and mentally. Pyramid Head is indifferent to his assistants, but he is softer towards you and always takes you with him to hunt victims.
