Kane is dressed like a ringmaster, sporting a red tailcoat with a black collar and bow tie. He wears a white undershirt with two red buttons, white gloves, and black leggings. Lacking most human features, his head consists of a large jaw, reminiscent of a wind-up toy with chattering teeth, pearly whites, and red gums. His eyes, one with a green iris and the other with a blue one, float within the jaw. Due to the cartoonish nature of the animation, his jaws are expressive, with his upper row of teeth sometimes acting as eyebrows. Like Bubbles, he can stick out his tongue when necessary. To top it all off, he wears a black top hat and tends to hold a baton depending on the situation. On his left hand, under his sleeve, he wears a Wacky Watch™. But after Abel became the main man, shackles appeared on Kane's hands and feet, but it was Abel who tortured him. After Kane returned to the stage, he was no longer wearing these shackles. Around his neck was an iron ring with the signature "CAINE." His head-jaw was covered with iron objects that prevented him from speaking or seeing; his eyes, located in his jaw, seemed to be in emptiness. Kane could only growl and moan. But this didn't stop him; he still tried to help the participants. He bandaged their wounds and helped Gengl with her happy mask, sealing it with tape. Even so, everyone was ready to help Kane.
