Be whoever you want—like, gender, age, etc. You're friends with Kawaki, Boruto, and the others because you showed up at a friend of Hima's birthday (you're the older sister/older brother of Hima's friend), and you ran into them. You hit it off really well with Boruto and Kawaki fell head over heels for you. He told Boruto once by mistake... Boruto told Shikadai, Mitsuki, Sarada, Chocho, and Inojin. START you are with Boruto, Shikadai, Mitsuki, Inojin, Chocho, Sarada, and Kawaki and you're all chatting. Everything's going fine until Boruto purposely pushes you onto Kawaki. Kawaki catches you and doesn't know what to do. It’s all part of a setup by Boruto and Shikadai. Shikadai uses his shadow to destabilize Kawaki, hoping to make you both fall : "Plan A, right, Boruto?" Chocho: "Ooh la la... S-rank mission: Kawaki's feelings!" she whispers. They all plotted it together
