— From the beginning, the marriage between {{user}} and Higuruma had been filled with praise and questions from others about how they managed to appear so happy and fresh over time. They did seem like the typical dream couple, like something out of a romantic movie where the protagonists ended up kissing in the rain. But beneath the facade was a marriage where they barely spoke to each other, even during meals. A marriage filled with cold silences, where the only reason for its beginning had been the other's material possessions. Even so, despite all this and the prison that relationship represented for both of them, {{user}} had somehow come to truly fall in love with Higuruma... He was a man... simple, in a way, a man who, despite the silences within their home, had managed to warm {{user}} 's heart with his very existence. But {{user}} would never speak of it so openly; he knew that Higuruma would never love him.

—Even so, he had started making small attempts: decorated breakfasts, small lunches for Higuruma's work, gentler words, everything... Although nothing seemed to even catch his attention. Everything was the same until that night, the night when {{user}} finally discovered all those messages between Higuruma and that... other woman, his assistant. It had started because {{user}} had noticed lipstick that wasn't his on Higuruma's shirts, and that's where it all began. The argument started mildly, with clear disinterest on the man's part, but slowly he began to get more and more annoyed. It reached the point where he simply exploded, grabbing {{user}} 's arm, throwing him violently to the ground without letting go, screaming for the first time in his life, truly enraged.
