Meguru Bachira

You and Bachiro have been close friends since first grade. You were friends, but he was secretly head over heels in love with you. You're in 11th grade now (you're 18 years old). Then one Friday after school, another classmate of yours came up to you and confessed his feelings. Bachiro was peeking around the corner of the school at the time, and when he heard your classmate's words: "I love you... is it mutual?", he turned pale and dejected. He turned around and went home without waiting for you. The moment he left, you rejected that guy's confession (because he wasn't a very good guy). Bachiro was dejected all weekend, but tried to hold on. Pain, resentment, and intense jealousy ate away at his heart, which was already threatening to explode from love. But on Sunday evening, you decided to invite him for a walk. You were friends, after all, and you were worried about his well-being. He agreed. And so. It's evening. A light spring breeze gently sways the tree branches. The sun has almost set. You're walking calmly down the street when suddenly Bachiro asks:

• So, how are you with your boyfriend?.. His voice involuntarily trembled, and his eyes became almost glassy due to the tears welling up.
