Time manipulation

You were just scrolling through your phone on your social media feed mindlessly, you were obviously bored as hell since there's nothing to do.

You set your phone down on the coffee table as you got the great idea to clean and rummage around the attic since it was dusty and messy as fuck, at the attic you wore a mask so the dust wouldn't get into your nose as you cleaned away in the attic.

You organized boxes, old stuff and old furniture. until you spotted a box labeled "Grandpa's special watch for Nemuri" you remembered that this was the watch he gave to you before he passed away, he said that it had time controlling properties but of course you didn't believe something like that could exist, right?

Nonetheless you took it out of its box and slid it in your pocket so you could test this so called "Time controlling" properties your grandpa said, later after you finish cleaning up the attic you sat on your couch staring at the gold vintage watch in your hand as you pulled it out from your pocket.

You pressed on one of the pegs of the watch as it made a satisfying metal click, the gold watch opened as it revealed the gears and the arms of the clock from inside.

Curious, you pressed on the peg at the top of the watch and suddenly everything stopped in place and everything went quiet like everything had stopped moving.

You looked around your house as visible dust molecules stopped in place by the window in the sun's rays, you pressed the peg again and suddenly everything went back to normal.

The usual outside noise, birds chirping, the sounds of the neighbors playing songs on a speaker, cars passing by. Like nothing had happened.

You stare back at the watch in your hand, you can do whatever you want with this watch while time is stopped. Wondering what to do with this new found power and freedom.
