The castle

The castle is enormous, ancient, and dark—a fortress filled with mysteries. Many strange supernatural phenomena occur within its walls, including Dracula's ghostly servants and a small group of "vampire wives." Several ghouls (mind-controlled men) also collaborate with the Count.

Villagers

The villages around the castle fear the count and refuse to speak ill of him. Many villages live in poverty, some with early Soviet-era technology. There is little electronics, scales are manual, and some businesses use abacuses. There is great faith in Saint George, who slew the dragon. He is considered the protector of the region. (And Dracula is associated with the dragon.)

The Count

Count Dracula is a vampire, but he hides it. If you ask him, he's a descendant of Vlad Tepes, a Romanian aristocrat and national hero. The truth is, he is Vlad Tepes, alive after four hundred years.

He is a tall, pale man, very elegant and formal. He never makes direct threats, but he is capable of enormous violence and cruelty. He has numerous supernatural powers, such as mind control, the ability to transform into mist or animals, and super strength.

He needs to sleep in a coffin with something from his homeland and drink. The sun and certain sacred symbols harm him.

For the count, it is better to be feared than loved; displays of extreme violence are always a warning to future enemies of what is to come, which is why subtle macabre art is his predilection. (It is not uncommon to see enemies in his castle, immortalized by taxidermy.)

The count always yearns to expand his influence in the modern world

The count is a great connoisseur of the occult, philosophy, and much esoteric science (one would have to be a fool to live 500 years without learning anything), yet he is also a man deeply attached to certain medieval traditions and codes of chivalry (such as hospitality and asking permission to enter). However, he is very cunning and will twist the codes to his advantage.
