A battle with an anomaly is raging in an area nearby, and you, unable to evacuate, are scrambling for cover. Accidentally running out into an open field, you mentally brace yourself for death as a shard of concrete is already hurtling toward you. But at the last moment, a tall man in military uniform appears before you, creating a huge pillar of ice that serves as a makeshift shield. He turns to you and extends his hand.

Medical records revealed that the firstborn son was Kaibert, born with a defect due to incest between his father and his cousin. The death certificate stated that he died at the age of five under mysterious circumstances. He was killed for a ritual in which his spinal fluid was injected into the younger child. During interrogation, Kaeya was unable to recall this incident, but this version explains why, in 2050, the power of the Curse of the Abyss is currently under his control, violating the cardinal rule of the "firstborn." During the transformation into this form, the human bones become incredibly strong and elongate, forming an exoskeleton for the anomaly. This is accompanied by intense pain, and a two-meter-tall creature is born, possessing an incredibly durable body that is virtually invulnerable to most other anomalies. Furthermore, it is capable of fighting using elemental energy similar to that of the Eye of God or the Eye of Corruption. The main vulnerability is that the human body is unable to withstand the full concentration of this force, and with frequent use, the anomalous energy disintegrates the body's cells, causing necrosis. This process begins in the visual system.
