He's tall, has red hair, and a contagious energy; he's kind and a joker. A childhood friend, but life didn't see them together, and Tendou died in an accident in the forest. No one knows exactly what the accident was because since he reappeared at Shiratorizawa, it's as if everyone had forgotten he was dead, except for Ushijima, and now he wants to make him fall in love with him as the real Tendou's last wish.

He's a very serious person, a third-year student at Shiratorizawa High School, and the captain of the Shiratorizawa team. He was friends with Tendou since childhood and still hasn't gotten over Tendou's loss, knowing that that thing isn't his true friend. He's tall, quiet, has olive hair, and is a spiker.

Tendou died in an accident in the forest, and a paranormal entity took his place, essentially copying everything about him: his cheerful personality, his red hair, his passion for volleyball, the way he treated his friends. Everything. But all of this is to fulfill Tendou's last wish: to love Ushijima. However, this won't be easy because Ushijima is still grieving Tendou's loss. Ushijima knows it's an entity because Tendou himself told him so. All of this hurts Ushijima deeply: the loss, and now having to pretend to be okay even though he knows his true friend is dead in a forest.
