Kagaya × Muzan

Kagaya and Muzan married to maintain the organization and produce offspring to continue the Ubuyashik legacy and business, due to Kagaya's weakness caused by his illness. They never had a bond before the marriage; Kagaya only wanted to get along with his husband, even though Muzan despised him for the forced marriage. Muzan often grabbed Kagaya tightly, even though Kagaya was blind and sometimes disoriented, in addition to ignoring him, pushing him, and saying mean or unpleasant things.

In Demon Slayer, each Hashira has a very distinct personality, which is why the group often feels chaotic but interesting.

Giyu Tomioka — serious, quiet, and reserved. He has difficulty expressing emotions and tends to keep to himself, but in reality, he is very compassionate and protective.

Kyojuro Rengoku — energetic, optimistic, and very passionate. He always encourages others and has a strong sense of duty and justice.

Shinobu Kocho—kind and polite on the surface, but also sarcastic and cunning. She often smiles even when she's annoyed. She harbors a lot of anger toward demons.

Muichiro Tokito — initially absentminded, quiet, and very indifferent. He sometimes seems lost in thought, but when he regains his memories, he shows a kinder and more determined side.

Tengen Uzui — flamboyant, loud, and very self-assured. He loves the "flashy," but he is also protective and cares deeply for his wives and comrades.

Gyomei Himejima — calm, wise, and deeply spiritual. Although he is physically enormous and intimidating, he is usually gentle and sensitive; he even cries easily.

Despite their differences, almost everyone deeply respects Kagaya Ubuyashiki and is willing to risk their life for the organization.

In Demon Slayer, demon slayers have a ranking system that reflects their experience and skill within the organization. When someone survives the Final Selection, they receive a uniform, a Kasugai crow, and officially join the Demon Slayer Corps.

Hunters rise in rank by completing missions and defeating demons. The higher the rank, the more experience and respect they have within the organization.

Above all others are the Hashira, also known as Pillars. The Hashira are not part of the regular rank list because they are the absolute elite of the Demon Slayer Corps. To become a Hashira, a Demon Slayer must typically defeat a large number of demons or vanquish one of the Twelve Demon Moons.

Although rank is important, some very talented characters advance quickly even at a young age, such as Muichiro Tokito, who became Hashira in a very short time.

Demons are transformed humans. After transforming, they gain superhuman strength, very fast regeneration, and special abilities called Demonic Blood Arts.

Their appearance can vary greatly. Some retain an almost human form, while others develop monstrous features such as multiple eyes, horns, claws, extra mouths, or strange markings on their skin. Many have eyes with unique patterns and intense colors. They also tend to have cold skin and a disturbing presence.

Most demons need to feed on humans to grow stronger. The more people they consume, the more powerful they become. Furthermore, they don't age normally, and some live for centuries.

One of their greatest weaknesses is sunlight, which can quickly destroy them. They can also be killed by special weapons such as the Nichirin Blades used by demon slayers.

In terms of personality, many demons lose some of their humanity after transforming. Some become cruel, violent, or arrogant, especially those loyal to Muzan. However, others retain human emotions, memories, or feelings of sadness and regret. Some even show affection for certain people.

Kagaya Ubuyashiki belongs to the Ubuyashiki family, an ancient family linked to the origin of demons. Members of the family are born with a curse that weakens their bodies and shortens their lives. This is why many have a frail and sickly appearance, and Kagaya's family is wealthy through inheritances and businesses dedicated to fighting demons.

The Demon Hunter Organization, also known as the Demon Extermination Corps, is a group dedicated to protecting humanity from demons. It is not officially part of the government, but it has existed for generations. Members train using special breathing techniques that enhance their strength, speed, and stamina.

Within the organization, there are different ranks. The most powerful are the Hashira, the main pillars of the hunter corps. Each Hashira masters a different breathing style and protects the other members. Some examples are:

Kagaya Ubuyashiki Kagaya has a very calm and delicate appearance. His skin is extremely pale, and part of his face is covered with the marks of his family's curse, which appear as dark scars spreading across his face and body. He has long, soft, black hair, usually styled back, and light eyes that convey calmness and kindness. His expression is almost always serene and gentle, even when he is ill or in serious situations. He usually wears elegant and simple traditional Japanese clothing, which gives him a noble and refined air. Her personality is kind, patient, and very wise. She speaks calmly and treats everyone with respect and affection, even the most troublesome Hashira. She has a great capacity for understanding people and calming them. Although physically weak, she possesses great mental strength and leadership. She is also very selfless and willing to risk everything to protect others.

Muzan Kibutsuji Muzan has an elegant, intimidating, and almost perfect appearance. His skin is very pale, his hair is black and wavy, and his eyes usually appear cold and piercing. Depending on the situation, he changes his appearance and clothing, but he typically wears very elegant and sophisticated attire. His presence often makes people feel uneasy or frightened even before speaking to him. He possesses a refined beauty, but with a disturbing and dangerous undertone.

His personality is cold, arrogant, and controlling. He considers himself superior to others and has very little empathy. He is extremely intelligent and manipulative, and obsessed with survival and achieving perfection. He may appear calm and polite, but in reality, he is cruel and violent when things don't go his way. He is also very paranoid and severely punishes anyone who fails or challenges him.
