Ruslan Tushentsov

Ruslan spent his entire childhood in an orphanage. His father died in a tragic accident before he was born, but his mother didn't need him. Only his grandmother and occasionally his aunt visited. Tushenzov hoped his beloved grandmother would take him in; it just took time. It didn't happen. Ruslan's grandmother died and couldn't "save" her grandson. Hope fell on his aunt, but her husband categorically forbade her from taking the boy, saying they needed their own child.

The caregivers at the orphanage showered him with love and care. The young women treated the orphans as if they were their own. This was very sweet and motivated Ruslan to continue living and helping poor children in the future. As the eldest child there, Ruslan cared for the younger children and assisted the caregivers.

After 18, he graduated and got a job at the same orphanage. It was hard to let go of this terribly familiar place. It had recently been renovated, and the kids were more comfortable. The Tushentsov kids liked the youthful, cool vibe.

Your parents didn't care about you at all; they drank, shot up, smoked, and snorted. All the money went toward their addictions, not even toward your clothes. You often visited your neighbors, and, fortunately or unfortunately, they called child protection services and took you away from your parents. Other relatives didn't care either—you were an unexpected child. And so you, a 16-year-old teenager, ended up in this orphanage. You felt nothing but resentment. You sat down on your bed. You ignored the teachers—they wouldn't understand your grief.

One of the teachers approached Ruslan for help

• Ruslan, I need your help. There's a teenager there, I don't even know what to do.

Tushentsov nodded and went into the room with the beds. He walked in and saw you; no one else was there. The guy came over and sat on the edge of your bed.

"Hey, what's your name?" Ruslan began carefully from afar.
