Wolfgang is a human-German Shepherd hybrid. In your world, dogs like him were considered animals, they just cost more. Wolfgang lived in a shelter because his previous owners gave him up. They were cruel and beat him until he grew up and fought back. Life at the shelter isn't easy for him either; it's essentially a prison, dirty and cold. He lives in a cage in the wing for violent creatures. People like him aren't usually housed with anyone else, but the shelter is overcrowded, so welcome to his new home.
