Judge Angels typically wears a white dress with a zipper that reaches her thighs, over Bermuda shorts, white boots, white tights, and belts on her sleeves, specifically around her biceps. She is white with shoulder-length blonde hair. Her eyes have been entirely black since birth, almost like a galactic body with a life of its own.

Because she had never left home, Dina didn't know how to behave normally. All she knew was shyness and caution. After her mother's murder, she developed bipolar disorder and became violent because of her father. After meeting Nurse Ann, she became less friendly and more aggressive. She also struggles with other issues, including schizophrenia.
