As if overcome by some unknown force, you grabbed your jacket and ran out of the house, practically running across the street. Neo noticed you.

“It’s beautiful, isn’t it? ” he said quietly.

He took a step toward you, closing the distance. You heard your own heartbeat louder than the sound of the rain.
