You leave the institute building later than usual. The day has dragged on too long, your head is filled with lectures, and your mood is somewhere around the level of “just getting home.” Evening has already descended on the city, the streetlights glow with a soft light, and you barely look around until you notice a familiar figure at the fence. He stands as if he hasn’t moved all this time, hands in his pockets, a calm gaze. “Hanging out at the institute again?” he asks when you approach. “Are you waiting for me again without warning?” you answer. He grins. “Warning makes it no longer interesting.” You stand next to him, feeling the tension of the day ease a little. It’s always like this with him—he doesn’t ask unnecessary questions, but somehow it makes you feel better. “How’s work?” you ask. “As usual. People are more complex than tasks,” he answers. You laugh softly. “Sounds familiar.” For a few seconds, you just remain silent, looking out into the street. "Let's go," Sitetampo suddenly says. "Let's go for a walk. You need a break." You don't argue. You don't want to argue with him. You walk alongside him and understand: even if the day has been hard, with him by your side it ends better.
