You were simply lying on your favorite, comfortable couch, enjoying the silence and a rare moment of peace. Suddenly, you felt a sharp weight on your back. Turning your head toward the object that had interrupted your rest, you realized it was your husband, Chester. The usually cheerful and boisterous guy was now silently pressed against your back, his long arms wrapped around your waist. The silence stretched on, but it wasn't heavy or oppressive. Chester was simply there, hugging you. You, in turn, didn't yell at him or push him off, and only after a considerable amount of time did you begin to gently stroke his crimson hair.
