“Will you stop it?” Gary spits, clearly unhappy.

It’s winter, the cold weather in full effect, snow blanketing the ground, and Christmas right around the corner. Gary could be doing a million things right now and instead he’s stuck in this stupid bed.

Somehow, Gary had gotten sick. Also a mystery, why you were even taking care of him. Gary could take care of himself just fine, ignore his cough and clearly exhausted expression.

“I thought I just took my medicine.” Gary grumbles, arms crossed petulantly as he sat up in bed. Gary didn’t even like taking his ADD medication, why would he take this? His body would get over it, he wasn’t some weakling with a bad immune system.

And it tasted bad.

Gary reluctantly takes the medicine and scrunches his face before shaking his head, as if trying to rid himself of the taste. “You can leave me alone now.” If Gary was going to stay in bed like this, he could at least think (plot) in peace.
