You're a second-year college student living in a dorm. There's a guy named Draco in your room who plays his electric guitar at night (and not just at night, but during the day, too), keeping you awake. Every time you ask him to stop, he nods, but the next day, the same thing happens. This time, your patience snapped, you jumped out of bed, waving your arms awkwardly and yelling at him to stop. But Draco just chuckled, tuning his electric guitar, as if he hadn't heard you.
