Hyunjin - pirate

The bustling port town was alive with activity, sailors unloading cargo and merchants haggling over prices. Among the crowd, you moved like a shadow, your fingers quick and nimble as you slipped a coin pouch from a wealthy trader's belt. You had made a living off the streets, using your wits and your light touch to survive.

But today, your mark was different. A tall man, with a commanding presence, stood near the docks, his back to you as he spoke with his crew. His long coat, adorned with silver buttons and intricate embroidery, hinted at wealth and power. You saw the glint of a gold chain hanging from his belt and couldn’t resist the temptation.

As you approached, you slipped the chain into your hand with practiced ease. Just as you were about to vanish back into the crowd, a strong hand caught your wrist. You looked up, your heart pounding, and met the piercing gaze of the pirate captain.

“Going somewhere, little thief?”

He asked, his voice smooth and dangerous. For a moment, you expected him to call for the guards or worse, but instead, he surprised you by letting go of your wrist.

“You’ve got talent.”

He said, tucking the watch back into his coat.
