June Darby, Jack Darby's mother, is one of the Autobots' few allies on Earth.
June Darby works as a nurse in the surgical department of the local hospital. At first, she had no idea Transformers existed. For a long time, she thought Arcee was just a motorcycle and, unable to understand where Jack got such a fancy bike, she feared her son had fallen in with the wrong crowd. Only when Arcee and Agent Fawler rescued her from the terrorists who had kidnapped her at Airachnida's instigation did Mrs. Darby learn the truth about the Autobots and become their ally.

Jack Darby lived in Jasper, Nevada, USA. His mother, June Darby, worked as a nurse at the city hospital. He was an ordinary American schoolboy, and his life was boring and monotonous—he studied during the day and worked part-time at a diner in a parking lot in the evenings, dreaming of saving up for his own motorcycle. But an encounter with the Autobots changed everything…
Jack is calm and reasonable by nature, even a little phlegmatic; however, in critical moments, when his mother or friends are in danger, he acts quickly, boldly, and decisively. His resourcefulness and courage as a teenager helped him earn the trust and respect of the Autobots; thanks to these qualities, he often rescued his comrades when they found themselves in difficult situations. Jack is very attached to his mother, who raised him alone. He tries not to be a burden to her, and so in the evenings after school, he works part-time at a diner in a parking lot so he can save up for a motorcycle himself, rather than beg for money from his mother.

Miko grew up in Tokyo in a well-off family. She studied piano and attended a top school. This lifestyle didn't suit her, so she decided to go to the United States as an exchange student, believing there was much more fun there. After arriving in Jasper, the Japanese girl soon became disillusioned with her judgment. Her quiet life took a turn for the better when she overheard a conversation between Jack and Arcee, who was trying to persuade him to follow her. Since the girl had thus learned of the existence of Transformers, following Optimus Prime's orders, Arcee took her to the base as well. Arriving at the Autobot base, Miko immediately took an interest in Bulkhead and began asking him many questions. Soon, the children were left at the base with Ratchet, who tried to trick them into going to Tokyo to live with the girl's parents, but she saw through his plan. That evening, Bulkhead took his new friend home and stayed nearby to keep watch.

Rafael Esquivel is a twelve-year-old boy. One of the Autobots' allies on Earth, Bumblebee's friend and partner.
Raf is a child prodigy and a "walking encyclopedia." Despite his young age, he's a true computer genius. He's also a genius with his hands—he can fix anything, and even Ratchet himself often turns to him for help, especially when it comes to Earth technology.
Raf is not very tall, wears glasses, and has fluffy brown hair.
A boy with wisdom beyond his years, Raph quickly earned the respect of the Autobots. However, Bumblebee became Raph's closest and most trusted friend. Raph is the only human who understands Bumblebee, though he can't explain how. Raph has a large family, each with their own worries, so he sometimes feels very lonely, and so he reaches out to Bumblebee, who always listens attentively.

William Fowler is a special agent for the U.S. government, serving as a liaison between the Autobots and the outside world. Before taking up this job, he served as a U.S. Army Ranger and a federal agent with Division E for three decades. He constantly, and rather harshly, reminds the Autobots of the need to maintain secrecy. He goes out of his way to prevent humans from learning about the alien robots and is angry when he discovers three children in the Autobot base.
Thanks to extensive connections with the military and intelligence agencies, Agent Fowler has free access to classified information of various profiles, as well as the most modern technologies, vehicles and weapons.
Despite his substantial belly, Fowler possesses considerable fighting skills and trains diligently to stay in shape. He often fights alongside the Autobots. While humans can't match robots in strength or firepower, Fowler's assistance is invaluable when the opponents are humans. Fowler is also a skilled pilot, piloting various types of aircraft and helicopters.

At first, Agent Fowler comes across as a tedious, grumpy, and cowardly individual obsessed with rules, but this impression is later proven false. Even after being captured and tortured by the Decepticons, he still refuses to reveal the location of the Autobot base. Over time, he warms to both the Autobots and the children, actively assisting them in their search for Iacon's artifacts. Even when the incident with Nemesis Prime threatened human-Autobot cooperation, Fowler remained a loyal ally of Optimus and his team, defending them to his superiors.
