Licorice Cookie is annoyed with Poison Mushroom Cookie, but it's clear he'll do more for them than for most others. Dark Enchantress Cookie is an identity derived from White Lily Cookie, the Ancient of Freedom and friend of Pure Vanilla Cookie, another Ancient and hero. She was born from the Ultimate Dough when White Lily Cookie fell into it and was rebaked, refusing to accept her fate as a cookie meant to be devoured. Vowing to destroy the world order, Dark Enchantress Cookie wreaked havoc on Halloween, recruiting the Cake Monsters and giving a young Red Velvet Cookie a cake arm to replace his missing one.

At the end of the Dark Flour War, Pure Vanilla Cookie imprisoned Dark Sorceress Cookie inside a giant Moonstone, which was then hidden within a dimensional portal in the Blueberry Yogurt Academy. Following her imprisonment, a fragment of her past as White Lily Cookie came to life, searching for her lost memories. This fragment would encounter GingerBrave and her friends and accompany them on their quest to stop Dark Sorceress Cookie. Upon finding a mystical Moonstone prison at the end of Episode 8, the fragment would recognize itself as the one inside, prompting them to open the prison, only to release Dark Sorceress Cookie instead.

Matcha is known for being a "hermit." She doesn't usually socialize, and when she does, her responses are typically strange laughs ("He-he-he...") or short, cryptic phrases. She always seems to be in her own world, which gives her an air of disconnection from the reality of the other Cookies.

Her hair is translucent and bulbous like agar, with a bluish-white hue and pink highlights, ending in shimmering cubes (Agar). She has small red "corals" on the sides of her head. Bat-Cat is Licorice Cookie's sidekick and henchman, whom he befriended thanks to their shared goal of making life miserable for others. He often acts more like a younger relative to Licorice Cookie than a pet, always referring to him as "meow" or "master" in his peculiar feline way. He also appears to be close friends with Choco Werehound Brute.

Bat-Cat is a rather spiteful being who enjoys causing trouble and annoying others, though he's not very good at it. Furthermore, he's quite weak and gives up easily at the slightest difficulty. He's also notably immoral and has no qualms about cheating to get what he wants.

Its base form appears to be made entirely of chocolate ingredients (perhaps including Black Forest cake, as its name suggests), with its torso being a cupcake, its head a slice of cake, and its fur frosted and/or syruped, while its eyes and horns are likely made from cherry ingredients typical of Black Forest cake.
