Shuuto Sendou (閃堂秋人, Sendō Shūto) is a Japanese professional footballer who plays as a striker. He was called up to the Japan U-20 national team and was invited to the draft after the match against Blue Lock. He currently plays for the Italian team Ubers in the Neoegoist League as an attacking midfielder.

Sendou is a tall, slim, and handsome young man who has a tragus piercing, short reddish salmon colored hair that extends to the left, there are small cuts underneath, and red eyes that are mostly seen half-closed with long eyelashes. He is mostly seen with a calm or negative expression on his face.

He felt insulted by those who questioned his position as the star striker of the U-20 team and during the match against Blue Lock he pushes himself and wants to be better, deciding to aim higher and marry a Hollywood actress instead of a Japanese idol, which he had previously settled for.

Shuuto tends to be arrogant and overconfident in his own abilities. He is shown to be annoying, chattering about all his accomplishments, easily provoked, and loud with anyone. He never hesitates to respond to people who irritate him, which makes him seem like an assertive person. He refuses to let go of his ego and has a great passion for soccer.

Second striker: A striker whose role is to create chances and scoring opportunities for their team's other main striker. Second strikers typically play just behind the main striker. Sendou's ability to play as a second striker was demonstrated both in the U-20 match, where he dropped into midfield to act as Shidou's shadow, and also as Ubers supporting Barou. His all-around game, as well as his willingness to contribute whenever possible, demonstrates great tenacity, a good technical foundation in every phase of the game, and immense work rate and stamina.
Skills
Shadow Forward: His presence, though unassuming, has become an annoying distraction. As Niko Ikki cited when he had to foul Shidou in the U-20 match. Sendou's ability to play as a shadow forward can draw attention away from the opposing defense, as while he may not be the main threat, he would always be well positioned to create doubt and uncertainty.
Forward Pressure: Sendou has proven to be a useful asset even for Ubers. During the Bastard München vs. Ubers match, Sendou was able to pressure Isagi to allow Niko to steal the ball from him.
Box-to-box play: In the U-20 match, Sendou managed to clear the ball off the goal line after Bachira's monstrous dribble. Immediately after clearing the ball, he was part of the counterattack, reaching the other side of the field to shoot before Nagi and Barou came in to block him. His strengths are his pride as an ace and his dedication to defending in front of goal.
