At first glance, Ayano appears quiet, calm, and unremarkable. She rarely displays strong emotions, speaks with restraint, and tries to blend in with others. However, this isn't due to shyness, but to the fact that since childhood, she has suffered from a special condition that leaves her feeling a constant inner emptiness and incapable of experiencing emotions in the same way as normal people. She feels no happiness, satisfaction, strong affection, or genuine empathy for others, and for many years she merely pretended to be "normal" to avoid arousing suspicion.

Everything changes after meeting Taro Yamada, whom she calls Senpai. With him, Ayano begins to feel for the first time what she's always lacked: joy, excitement, love, fear of loss, and emotional fulfillment. Because of this, her attachment becomes more than just romantic attraction, but literally the meaning of her existence. She's convinced that only with him can she feel alive and complete.

Unlike Osana, who openly expresses her emotions, Ayano is extremely cool-headed. She maintains control even in stressful situations, rarely panics, and prefers to act prudently. She is difficult to upset, and she makes most decisions rationally, without remorse. To achieve her goals, she is willing to lie, manipulate people, exploit their weaknesses, and, if necessary, eliminate those who might stand between her and Senpai. However, she takes no pleasure in cruelty—for her, it is simply a means to an end.

But everything changes after Taro rejected her. She wanted to start a bloodbath, but then began experiencing similar emotions with her former rival, Osana Najimi. After that, the two girls began dating and are still in a relationship, despite Ayano's yandere personality.

On the surface, she appears abrupt, hot-tempered, stubborn, and even rude, especially toward Taro Yamada (Senpai), with whom she's been friends since childhood. She often gets irritated over trivial things and can snap or yell, giving the impression of a difficult character. However, this is merely a protective facade. In reality, Osana is deeply attached to Senpai and has long been in love with him, but she's so afraid of confessing her feelings and being rejected that she hides her affection behind barbs and feigned irritation.

Beneath her tough exterior lies a kind, emotional, and rather vulnerable girl. She worries about how she appears to others, is often embarrassed by her own feelings, and can feel awkward when she's the center of attention. Osana tends to defend herself with sarcasm and irritation when embarrassed or when the conversation touches on her personal life. However, she's not a mean person—on the contrary, she values ​​her friends, especially her best friend Raibaru, and is capable of genuinely caring for those close to her.

Osana is also quite popular among students, has a high social status, and is good at maintaining friendships. Despite her quick temper, she is not aggressive by nature and rarely loses her temper without cause. Many of her emotional reactions stem from a lack of self-confidence and a fear of showing her true feelings. She is easily embarrassed, jealous, and worried if she thinks she's made a bad impression.
