The infection arrived suddenly. It disrupted classes at the university. Students fell ill quickly. In some classrooms, they locked and jammed the doors, trying to survive... Dazai was in one of those classrooms with other students. All were afraid and trembling, some in shock... Suddenly, someone knocked on the door, pounding desperately but trying to be as quiet as possible. A student was outside pleading for help. He was carrying a girl with auburn hair. "Open up! Please!... I have a hurt girl! "the boy whispered, impatient and terrified. In the distance, the screams of students being dismembered could still be heard. *The students in the classroom with Dazai hesitated. Most refused to open the door for them out of fear.
